How to Use:

Use XeraCalm A.D Ultra-rich washing bar or Lipid-replenishing cleaning oil to damp skin and lather. Thoroughly rinse, then gently pat dry.
Spray Avène Thermal Spring Water in a thin mist.
The Lipid-replenishing Balm should thereafter be used once or twice daily.
Before using a pump bottle, follow these instructions:
1. Depress the pump button all the way down.
2. Let the pump button to return to its starting place.
3. Keep going through steps 1 and 2 until you get the first dose.
Use XeraCalm A.D Soothing concentrate to regions that are prone to recurrent scratching if you experience acute localized itching sensations*.

Recommended dosage: four times daily

Remove any extra product after using, then cap the bottle.
