Refund Policy
Bisoo has a no return policy.
Therefore, all items purchased cannot and will not be returned or exchanged.
However, if the item received was damaged or if the order sent was wrong, we will refund the customer.

Our refund policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we cannot refund you.
Bisoo reserves the right to assess whether the item is damaged or not, and if the order sent is wrong or not, and accordingly proceed with the refund.
Bisoo might require proof such as pictures or invoices or the item itself for the assessment.
Bisoo has the right to refuse a refund and is not responsible for orders placed by mistake.
