Bisoo has a no return policy.  Therefore, all items purchased cannot and will not be returned or exchanged. However, if the item received was damaged or if the order sent was wrong, we will refund the customer. Please check the refund section accordingly for more details. 

Our refund policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we cannot refund you.

Bisoo reserves the right to assess whether the item is damaged or not, and if the order sent is wrong or not, and accordingly proceed with the refund. Bisoo might require proof such as pictures or invoices or the item itself for the assessment.

All products pricing are subject to change any time, without notice. All of our products are displayed as accurately as possible.
