SAMER'S ADVICE

Apply using Highlighter Brush for the full effect of application. Apply the highlighter using back and forth motion strokes, layering as desired. For that extra “pop”, apply the highlighter using your bare finger on the high facial points such as your nose ridge, tip and chin.
