Eucerin DermoPurifyer Cleansing Gel is a soap- and fragrance-free daily face wash for people with blemish- and acne-prone skin. It has 6% Ampho-Tensides, which clean skin gently but effectively. This antibacterial cleansing gel eliminates skin bacteria and prevents bacterial growth, which is good for people with acne and during pregnancy. Clinical and dermatological studies have confirmed excellent skin tolerability and a mild cleansing effect when used on blemish- and acne-prone skin.
Main findings
In a self-assessment study a sample of 58 men and women aged between 16 and 43 (average age 24) applied Eucerin DermoPurifyer Adjunctive Soothing Cream twice a day for two weeks. At the time of the study, all respondents had been undergoing medical acne treatment (with topical Benzoyl Peroxide, topical Tretinoin, topical Adapalene or oral Isotretinoin) for at least two weeks.
The patients reported the following results:
